LENIN IS DEAD

Our beloved leader Vladimir Ilich Ulianov - Lenin passed away yesterday evening after fighting his illness for more than a year.  He will be fondly remembered by everyone!

Today the entire Central Committee and several other members of the Party and Goverment has gone to Gorki to pay respect to our dead leader, and an Honor Guard is watching his body.

Lenin had not been feeling really well since he had several strokes starting in May 1922, and continuing into 1923.  He spent most of his time in this period at Gorki, his beutiful country estate about 30 miles from Moscow.  There he enjoyed his closest family, and received his closest colleagues.

REMEMBER BLOODY SUNDAY!

Nineteen years ago today was Bloody Sunday (January 9, 1905, using the old style calendar), when one thousand Comrades died or were wounded in St. Petersburg in one of the worst massacres of the 1905 Revolution.
